Draft terms of use

The operating legal entity, governing law, eligible jurisdictions, dispute terms, customer support and incident contacts are not yet approved. Mainnet financial activation remains blocked until counsel supplies and approves this information. An interface flag cannot grant eligibility.

PumpBasket prepares user-reviewed transactions and displays chain data and estimates. Wallets, Solana, token issuers, Jupiter, Pyth, RPCs and storage providers have independent risks and terms. This software is not a brokerage, insured account or investment recommendation.

Use only a wallet you are authorized to control. Review every mint, destination, quantity, fee and effect before signing. No profit, liquidity, availability, security or refund is guaranteed. Finalized blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed.

No KYC or sanctions provider is configured or represented as complete. Do not use the interface to evade sanctions or applicable law. Tokenized equities/RWAs and public actively managed funds remain disabled. Public reading and the protocol’s in-kind redemption do not depend on an API risk-acknowledgement record.
