Program bugs, CPI defects, economic attacks, compromised upgrade keys, or governance mistakes can cause permanent loss. No deployed PumpBasket binary is currently within a published independent audit scope. A verified build proves a source/binary match, not security.

Third-party tokens may be frozen, restricted, migrated, delisted or made insolvent; stablecoins can depeg or lose redemption access. Tokenized equities/RWAs are disabled. They are not conventional brokerage shares. No 1:1 backing claim is made.

Jupiter swaps may fail, expire, land adversely, incur fees or experience sandwiching/MEV. Slippage limits constrain execution, not market loss or profitability. In-kind redemption can return illiquid assets with no USDC route. Finalized transactions generally cannot be reversed.

Managers can have conflicts, self-deal within permitted markets, lose keys or propose harmful changes. Delays provide an opportunity to exit, not guaranteed awareness or execution. Governance and upgrades remain material trust assumptions.

Pyth feeds may be stale or unavailable. Pyth constrains seed/rebalance enforcement; normal share issuance and in-kind redemption do not use USD prices. Jupiter prices, TVL, NAV, share prices and performance are estimates, never promised redemption values or returns.

Wallet phishing, compromised dependencies, RPC failures, forks, indexing errors, database loss or malicious metadata can mislead users. Verify mints, program/account identities, amounts and finality. Never disclose a seed phrase or private key. API/keeper keys do not sign user deposits or redemptions.

Product classification, licensing, jurisdiction, sanctions, tax and privacy obligations depend on facts and applicable law. No KYC, regulatory status or legal eligibility is certified by this interface. Mainnet financial activation is blocked pending counsel and security approval.

No profit, yield, appreciation, recurring revenue, liquidity, availability, execution, safety or specific redemption value is guaranteed. An acknowledgement records that a wallet user saw this version; it is not KYC or investment suitability approval.
