Risk disclosures

SolBasket is software for interacting with Solana token vaults. Digital assets, smart contracts, issuers, wallets, routers, or infrastructure may fail or lose value.

Important risk information

Nothing in this interface guarantees profit, yield, appreciation, liquidity, recurring revenue, price accuracy, or a particular redemption value.

Smart-contract and upgrade risk

Program defects, integration defects, compromised upgrade authority, or governance mistakes can cause permanent loss. Audits reduce but do not eliminate this risk.

Token and issuer risk

Basket assets are third-party blockchain tokens. Tokenized equities or real-world assets are not direct ownership of conventional brokerage shares. Issuer, redemption, transfer, freeze, sanction, and insolvency terms may change.

Liquidity, price, and MEV risk

Price estimates may be stale or unavailable. Jupiter routes may experience slippage, price impact, sandwiching, failed landing, or quote expiry. In-kind redemption can return assets that are difficult or impossible to sell.

Wallet and transaction risk

Verify the operation, programs, mints, accounts, amounts, fees, and irreversible effects before signing. SolBasket never needs a seed phrase. A wallet signature alone is not confirmation that a transaction landed or finalized.

Operational availability

RPCs, indexers, APIs, price providers, and the interface may be unavailable or disagree. The on-chain in-kind redemption design avoids these optional dependencies but still requires Solana and a compatible transaction client.
